Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RenewalBot platform operated by Rizqtek ("we", "us", "our"), available at renewal.rizqtek.com and amc.rizqtek.com.
By creating an account or using RenewalBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service Description
RenewalBot is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals by automatically sending WhatsApp and email reminders to their customers. The service includes:
- Contract management dashboard
- Automated WhatsApp reminders via Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API
- Automated email reminders via AWS SES
- Renewal tracking and analytics
- CSV bulk upload and export (on eligible plans)
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use RenewalBot
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you are registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
3. Account Registration
To use RenewalBot, you must create an account with a valid email address, phone number, and password. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Notify us immediately at support@rizqtek.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Plans, Pricing & Billing
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with up to 20 contracts. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
4.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans (Growth, Pro, Business) are available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Pricing and features for each plan are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
When using RenewalBot, you agree to:
- Use the service only for legitimate AMC/contract renewal management purposes
- Not send spam, promotional, or marketing messages through our WhatsApp or email channels
- Not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent contract data
- Not attempt to circumvent plan limits, security measures, or access controls
- Not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
6. WhatsApp Messaging Policy
RenewalBot sends messages using the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By using the WhatsApp reminder feature, you agree that:
- You have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to receive WhatsApp messages regarding their AMC contracts
- Messages sent through RenewalBot are transactional (renewal reminders) and not promotional
- You will honour opt-out requests — when a customer replies STOP, they will no longer receive messages
- You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
- Misuse of the messaging feature (spam, unauthorized messages) may result in immediate account suspension
7. Email Messaging Policy
Email reminders are sent via AWS SES. You agree that:
- You will only send reminders to customers who have a legitimate business relationship with you
- You will comply with applicable anti-spam regulations
- Emails sent are transactional in nature and relevant to the customer's AMC contract
8. Data Ownership & Responsibility
- Your Data: You retain ownership of all contract and customer data you upload to RenewalBot
- Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you provide
- Our License: You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the RenewalBot service (sending reminders, generating analytics, etc.)
- Data Handling: We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability of RenewalBot but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Third-party service outages (Meta WhatsApp API, AWS SES, Razorpay)
- Unforeseen technical issues
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or delayed message delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RenewalBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that reminders will result in contract renewals
- We are not responsible for any lost revenue, missed renewals, or business losses arising from use or inability to use the service
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
- You use the messaging features for spam or unauthorized purposes
- Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
- You fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@rizqtek.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in RenewalBot (including the software, design, branding, logos, and content) belong to Rizqtek. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rizqtek, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of RenewalBot
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- The data or content you upload or transmit through the platform
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you via email. Continued use of RenewalBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RenewalBot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
